This was one of my favourite events to shoot in 2022. I was invited by the lovely folk at Oscar & Associates to join their team of photographers in covering four days of the annual Lions Club International here in Montreal – the first in-person event since 2019 after two years of pandemic-induced virtual conventions.

The event had a bit of everything: a street parade through the city centre; stalls, panel discussion and presentations at the Montreal Convention Centre (Le Palais des congrès de Montréal); performances, presentations, and dancing at the Bell Centre; behind-the scenes rehearsals; workshops and games rooms. As a Montreal event photographer, an extremely varied event to document.
