Earlier this year I had the privilege of photographing the CEO and President of Café William, Rémi Tremblay, at the Café William facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

The portraits were for the cover story of the Global Coffee Report, about their mission to make the most sustainable coffee.

Some of these portraits were selected for use by the editors, both in print and online, and the others are outtakes I particularly like.
